Here's a great Nordy VP5 for sale. Just got from jebmd.
Here's the link to original thread & jebmd's quotes below:

"Another fantastic Nordy VP5. The only reason I'm selling this is because I have 2 and I just cant justify keeping them both. The neck is silky smooth and she is as close to mint as you can get without being new. A new one of these goes for $3700 + case and shipping."

I've been on Talkbass for many years. Over the years I've often seen basses that went through buyer after buyer. I always wondered what was wrong with these basses that so many guys bought and sold them. At one point in recent years I've didn't own but had personal experience with a few of these "bought and sold" basses. Both basses were stellar, amazing basses. Just ask GRoberts about his Nordy.

The point is.... I owned this bass. Its a great VP5. I used it with great success on some sessions and live gigs. I only traded due to a very special circumstance. This is a very nice bass that someone is going to love. Just has to get the right owner I guess.

Should be 1 7/8" unless it was ordered with a 1 3/4" nut.

The original owner liked very low action and installed cloth tape under the pup covers to keep the strings from coming in contact with the pole pieces. It looks cool too.

    Hello there,

Any interest in a trade (with some cash from your end) for a brand new ACG Uber Spec Finn 5? Great instrument, I've just finally given in to the fact that I'm not a modern guy. Has cost me a lot of time and money to figure out I should have stayed where I started.

How about a Genz Benz NX2 212 cab and a 93 Stingray 4 birdseye maple neck/fb with the flea bridge and 2 band pre?

I've never played a Nordy that wasn't an exceptional instrument. Someone needs to snatch this one up. These do the Super P thing better than anything else IMHO.
