Body has been refinished, knobs and pots are not original. Everything else is original including the case (a little beat up though). Neck is solid, no cracks or breaks.

I took it over to TB's JohnK where he set it up dressed the fret board and frets and made sure everything was working properly. He also added the missing dots. Plays perfectly, I just have something special on my radar and need to gather some funds.

    $750 shipped CONUS only.

    Thanks

I keep coming back to look at this one... :smug:

Any chance of seeing headstock (front & back) pics?

And -of course- what's the weight?

    Thanks!

    Weight: Can't be more than 7.5 pounds. I'm sure it's closer to 7, however I don't have a scale.

Looks pretty cool. A few questions. Is the refin a refin of the original finish, or was it another finish/color? If another finish/color, what was it? What does it say on the truss rod cover? Do the replacement knobs look like the originals, or generic? Thanks. :)

Yes it's a refin of the original refinish. The truss rod cover says "Harry". I'm assuming that was the name of the original owner ha! I didn't care for the truss rod cover at first and planned to replace it, but it's kind of grown on me :) I'm not familiar with how the knobs on an original '63 look, but they look like replacement Gibson knobs to me.

My plan was to replace the non original parts with originals and have TB's JohnK do a correct refin. But I just don't have the money to do all those things right now, so I'd rather just sell to someone who'd be interested in restoring her.
