For sale is my Tom Clement fretless 4 string. I ordered this bass a few years back, and it turned out fantastic. As of late, however, I've gravitated back to my upright for the majority of my fretless playing and the Clement just doesn't get the play time it deserves. I really hate to sell it, but there's just no point in keeping a bass that hardly gets played.

    Here are the specs:
Tom Clement Ryan 4 String 32" scale #260
    Fretless Diamondwood fingerboard 28 positions
    Limba body
    Claro walnut top
    Maple neck
Dual Bartolini CB pickups at the bridge, passive wired VVT
    Hipshot hardware
    8.2 lbs

It's in great condition with the only noticeable flaws being some wear next to the bridge pickup (which you would expect on an oil finished bass that's been played) and some slight cosmetic wear on the fingerboard (diamondwood is tough stuff.)

Asking $1300 shipped. No trades unless you've got an old Subaru. ;)

    Bump, just because it's a 32" bass.

Here's a quick little clip I recorded (no amp, just bass > interface > DAW). First is an F major scale played with the bridge, bridge and neck, and neck pickups. Next is the same thing but an octave higher. Tone is wide open and the strings are older DR High Beams. You'll have to excuse my intonation (or lack thereof :crying:).

Nut width looks to be 1 9/16" and front to back the neck is pretty thin and on the flatter side. Really comfortable.

Hello, I wanted to check in with you to see if your guitar price is negotiable?

    Thanks, Julie White
