Fender Custom Shop 1958 Reisue NAMM Limited Edition Relic Precision Bass - sheesh that's a mouthful.

This is one of the best P basses I've ever played, let alone owned. I bought this last summer while my 66 P was getting refinished. I fell head-over-heels in love with it. I'm sure I'll regret selling it; but I'm just not playing as often since getting the 66 back. So here we are....

    The Details:
    - 2 Tone Nitro Relic Finish
    - Maple Neck
    - Soft V Profile
    - 1 3/4'' Nut width
    - Vintage Frets
    - Select Alder Body
    - Certificate of Authenticity and case candy included
    - The bass weighs right around 9 1/2 lbs.
    - The bass has signs of use (...having been relic'ed). But it is in great condition and sounds better than it looks.

Only 100 of these were made!

You can always try me; but I'd much prefer an outright sale.

    Damn my old bass!

This was a fun one to own, I hope the next owner enjoys it. Feel free to use some of my old photos I think I had ones of the case, candy and COA in the thread.

    GLWTS!

I had the pleasure of playing this beast a few months ago...it was great, better than the cookies and whiskey that we had along with the basses! The neck profile was my favorite part...and the sound was killer.

Great bass at a great price... I've got one of these and the only thing better is my real '58 but not by much.
