This bass is awesome. It is fantastic condition. It doesn't have the typical scratches, belt rash or anything. It has a few VERY minor blemishes that I tried to show in the pics.

It is strung with flats, Hipshot stamped tuners, Bassline active pups, string thru, high mass bridge. It is an incredible bass. I prefer it to the Hwy 1 I had and the '81 Fender P bass I owned.

It sounds great, with all kinds of tonal options.

    It is a 2005.

Hard to tell it in this pic, but the "Fender" is gold!

I would prefer to ship the bass with the neck off, but if you don't want me to we can talk about it. It will be well packed.

$425 shipped, insured, paypal'd. I will include a gig bag with it.

Questions, please ask. Check out my feedback!

Looks like a Fender Deluxe Jazz 24 - unique because it has 24 frets. It's also an active bass.

I passed on one of these locally because I had never seen/heard of the model or that kind of headstock decal - figured it to be a creative fake - but learned later that I missed out on a real steal.

A fellow bassist/good friend in my local club circuit owns one, it's his main gigging bass. These basses are simply awesome. Very sexy, and they sound great.

Fender started producing these in '05. No way it's more than 8 years old.

Hmmm...did you read the link? There is no KC prefix. Let me dig a little deeper but if there is no prefix then it should be an earlier bass, yes?

Yes I did. And I also remember when Fender released those basses because I really gassed for one.
Great bass and sweet deal none the less.
