Hey friends, just picked this up but I'm looking for something different. This is a Fender USA P-Bass, and a really good one. Lightweight (low 8lb range), sounds great, feels amazing. It's just not what I'm looking for at the moment. Here are the specs:

    Alder body
    Exclusive Honeyburst finish
Hand Rubbed Stain w/ Satin Lacquer Top Coat
Slim "C" shape maple neck - 34" scale
    20 Medium jumbo frets
    Maple fretboard
    Satin urethane neck finish
    Alnico V split P-Bass pickups
    Volume and Tone controls
    Chrome hardware
Standard vintage 4 saddle bass bridge
    Synthetic bone string nut
    Standard tuning machines

The bass is wearing Ernie Ball rounds, but it also comes with a set of flats. It has strap locks and will also come with a VERY NICE Gruv Gear leather padded strap. The bass comes in a Fender gig bag.

I'm looking for $740 shipped, paypal accepted.

    Thanks for looking.

Can you say if the slim "C" neck you`re describing is the same kind of slim C neck as found on the American Special Jazz?

I just had another look at your pictures and noticed the words "American Special" on the back of the neck. This answers my question.

I've not played an American Special Jazz, so I'm glad you were able to answer your own question!
