I'm looking to change up the stable here with a reboot, so I am putting up 3 basses for sale, and will also consider some full and partial trades as well.

    First: W&T Chronos 35/5
This has been up before a few times and I've always pulled it back. It's an outstanding instrument. 35" B string is superb, and W&T founder Enrico Passini told me this bass has one of the best he has ever played as a luthier and former Fodera dealer.
I am looking for $2400 shipped in the US, but will consider shipping elsewhere. This is a temporary reduction due to my finding something I want :) No trades for this at this price thanks.

    Specs:
Body : Alder with Alder/purpleheart toneblock (honestly, I don't know which piece is the toneblock lol. There is alder and purpleheart back there, make of it what you will)
    Top : Indian Apple
    Neck : 3 piece , Maple / Ash / Maple
    Fretboard : Macassar Ebony
    Scale: 35"
Preamp : Custom John East / W&T Design (vol, blend, bass boost/cut & treble boost/cut, mid boost/cut & mid sweep, active passive/tone) Passive tone is always on, which is pretty cool
Pickups : Christoph Dolf Dual Coils (bassculture.de)
    Bridge : ETS Tuning Fork
Spacing : not 100% certain, but it looks like 18.3. It's very comfortable at any rate.
    Tuners : Hipshot Ultralight
    W&T gig bag

Some pics of it at my house, with my BB75 (not for sale):
    http://jim777.com/images/basses/woodtron/

I can take as many pics as folks want to see.

This is a review of this exact bass, not a similar one but the very same bass done by our own J. Wolf for Bass Musician magazine:
    http://bassmusicianmagazine.com/201...jake-wolf-wood-tronics-chronos-5-string-bass/

Second : Roscoe Century Standard Plus 6
Great 6! This was brand spanking new in May and looks it. I wanted one for a long time and finally got one recently, but was already leaning in another direction before getting it. Plays great, sounds fantastic with a wide range of useable tones. This is a great chording and soloing bass and it's tough to put down when you start noodling on it :) $2000 shipped in the US, but will consider shipping elsewhere.

    Specs:
3 piece maple neck with Wenge fretboard
Swamp Ash body with Cocobolo top
Bartolini pickups and pre (I will fill this out a bit later when I get home)
    Roscoe gig bag

Some pics of this one here: http://jim777.com/images/basses/Roscoe/century6/

Third: Fender / Moses unlined fretless Jazz

This is a nice unlined fretless, that started life as a parts fretted Jazz with every single part brand new - and then I went and changed it up :) OK, only 2 changes. I swapped out the brand new stacked knob jazz plate and knobs (included in the case should you want to swap themback in) for an Audere preamp, then swapped the neck for an unlined fretless Moses graphite neck. With black strings on it, it is very black indeed :) This one ships in a nice hard case, not a gig bag.
$600 shipped in the US, but will consider shipping elsewhere.

    Specs:
MIM Fender Gloss black Jazz Body:
Fender Original black / white / back pick guard
Fender Original parchment / black / parchment pick guard
GOTOH 201 chrome bridge top loader
Bill Lawrence J45N and J45B pickups
Fender “F” neck plate, plastic plate gasket
    Hipshot Tuners
Moses graphite unlined fretless neck (very good condition, though not as shiny new as the rest of the bass)
Audere preamp (Z something, it's 4 band with Z mode switch)

i need to get pics of this one with the Audere. this is it pre-Audere though:

    Trades

I will consider trades on all of these basses, both full and partial. I am not trading a $2700 bass for a 'rare color' $1200 bass though, just sayin' :) Partial trades could be multiple basses for one (one of yours or one of mine) or a bass and cash to me. Shoot me a message I'm happy to chat.

All mine for - Fodera E5S, or Alembic Mark King Deluxe 5 with sig electronics.

Partial trades, basses I'd be interested in:
    SR5's (maple board)
    Roadworn Fenders
    Roscoe Century 5's
    Status basses
    JayDee basses
    Bongo 4 & 5's
    Carvin BBs, SBs, and B24/25s
others that aren't occurring to me at the moment :)

Basically, I will consider any trade but I am not looking for any 6's. If I was sticking with 6's at the moment the Roscoe would be staying, no doubt about it.

So...thanks for reading! I know I am forgetting things here, so I will add those things as they are requested or I remember. Off the top of my head I do not have weights for any of these, so those numbers will be coming tonight.

Ok, so these wouldn't weigh in by themselves on my bathroom scale, so I needed to get on with and without them. Very scientific, dont'cha know? :)

    Jazz - 9.8 lbs
    W&T - 8.6 lbs
    Roscoe - 9.8 lbs

    Thanks Thomas :)

Cash is king but I'll also consider Pedullas, Lulls, Tom Clement basses, the EBMM Big Al 5 SSS models, ACG EQ-02 preamps :) lots of stuff really.

I will have some better pics up tomorrow as well.

A few pics in addition to the others. These are phone pics, so keep that in mind. First, the Wood & Tronics:

The Maple / Ash/ Maple neck from the back:

The electronics cover - no screws :)

The electronics cavity and custom East preamp - note the 3 magnets that hold on the cover (if you don't bite your nails constantly you can get this off when you need to easily - if you do, I've left a guitar pick in the gig bag :) )

    Some price changes :)

Roscoe 6 is now $2000 shipped
Fender/Moses fretless is now $600 shipped, and it comes in a hard case.

The W&T Chronos I am temporarily dropping to $2400, as I found something else I really want to grab. This is the absolute lowest you will ever see for a W&T, and this bass is easily in the league of the very best basses available anywhere. If you were on the fence on this one, now is the time to jump!

Not my bass mind you (mine is 35") but this Chronos 5 has the same pickups and pre as mine, to give you some insight into how these can sound.

Come on folks, an unlined fretless Jazz with ZERO dead spots and an Audere (not to mention a hard case), and no interest? ;) And I am happy to listen to trade offers, wouldn't mind a maple boarded P bass for this one.

I've found an Alembic I want to buy, so I am no longer accepting trades on these. If you want to make an offer on the W&T or Roscoe go ahead, but assume I am not moving too far.

    thanks

I believe the Audere in the bass is in fact a 3 band,

with the first knob being volume, the second being pan and one of the bands (lol) and the last being the other two bands. :) I have obviously 'set it and forgotten' on this one, and I apologize for not being more careful in my description of the pre. It does sounds great where it's set though

EDIT: Audere says the layout is as follows:
    Volume
    Z-Mode Switch
Mid Tone Control stacked over Balance
Treble stacked over Bass Tone Control
    LED Battery level indicator
    Output Jack

In answer to some further questions regarding the fretless, to the best of my knowledge it is an alder body, like all the 2012 MIM Standard Jazz bodies.
