Amazing specimen - perfect, not a blemish. The finish is spectacular. The neck is smooth, lean, and fast Fast FAST. The best Epi IV I've ever held in my hands. She's yours with molded HSC for $300 plus shipping. to wherever you are (will deliver pretty much anywhere along I-70 in Missouri)

it's a great, great bass - whoever winds up with it will love it.

    will consider for trades :

    a USA-made Ampeg 810
    Ampeg 210s
    old tube amps (Ampeg V2??)
    new tube amps
    P-basses
Bass VI (Fender or Squier VM)

oh yeah - i live in Columbia MO but can meet in KC, STL, Lake area, etc.

Is this the newer "Classic" version with Gibson pickups??

I bought it last year, and it certainly sounds way, way better than the Epi IV and the Goth T-bird I used to have. Real crisp with a superdefined bottom end. Great recording bass for pretty much any genre.

Nope, they're Epiphone pickups. If you look closely at them, you'll see the have indents on the ends where the screws are. The Gibson pickups don't.

Also, the Classic is a through-body while the regular Epi TB is a bolt-on.

yeah, it's not the Pro - it's a bolt-on neck, but still a pretty sweet instrument. For the price, it's hard to beat.
