For Sale or Trade a beautiful Guild Pilot 4-string right-handed electric bass, made in the USA. This is a model SB-602 from 1991/92, with an extraordinary flamed maple body. A maple neck with a 22 fret rosewood fret board. The nut width is 1 1/2 inch with a 34" scale. All original parts and case. Grover tuners. Fully adjustable Guild roller bridge. 9 volt active P/J EMG pickups, with an incredible range of tone. The neck is perfect, and the frets are in excellent condition. The electronics/battery compartment is clean. No major nicks or dings – see the photos for the couple that I found. Some very minor scratches and dings on the front, but they do not go through the finish (You can only see them from the side, in the right light.) It comes with an original hard-sided form-fitting Guild Pilot case. The case shows a little wear after 20 years, but the latches work. This bass is very light and weighs 8 lbs 6 oz.

I am really looking to sell this bass but possible trades I would be interested in are

Even more pictures. One of the small nicks is noticeable in the first picture by the bottom screw hole for the back plate.

... I'm looking for one of these. Right year, right condition, right headstock, pretty much right hardware, and though I'd ideally want a maple board, I can be fine with rosewood ... but it's the wrong color. :(

    GLWTS!

Too bad you're not looking for the Flamed Maple body because this bass is beautiful. It's also in excellent condition. If you can get over the color thing let's deal.
