For sale is a 1990s Parker Fly Deluxe in metallic silver. Ultra-lightweight, incredibly comfortable guitar. Smooth, slick-feeling fretboard with stainless frets. Plays effortlessly... tapping and hammer-ons just kind of jump off the fretboard. It's very loud acoustically. And, it looks awesome. Tremolo can be set to lock, for full-floating operation, or for dive-only. Spring tension adjustment is done by a wheel that makes setups simple. Piezo sounds great, and has the tone control that the newer Parker piezo setups lack (makes a big difference in usability, in my opinion.) Also has stock Sperzel locking tuners. The only indications that this is guitar is not brand new are two marks on the bass-side upper edge of the body and one on the tip of the headstock. I have photographed these; they are not visible from the player's or the crowd's perspective, and are quite small. I'm selling because, as awesome as this thing is, I really just need the money more. I've got too many instruments. These '90s Flys are a really great way to get a real, full-spec Parker without paying the (pretty absurd) modern prices, and they've been increasing in value in recent years. I'm just looking to get what I paid out of it. I'm looking for $1350 shipped. Includes: -Original Hardshell case -Whammy bar arm -Monster stereo Y-cable for routing piezo and magnetic pickup signals to different amplifiers. Ding on the headstock tip: Dings on the top side: As you can see from the pics above, they're really not very visible at all unless you're staring at them from the right angle.
