Im seriously wondering If Im doing the right thing here, I really love this bass, but Im just curious what trades are out there I may like as much if not more? Im not that great at the fretless yet, but am improving. The bass itself is in super nice shape as you can see, with only the slightest signs of being played..mostly by the pickups where there is some light buffing of the clear coat. The lines are Maple inlays (custom shop done) and look fantastic. The bass has a very modern tone and that unmistakeable "mwah" to it. The fretboard is nearly mint with just a few lines from the strings on it. Just put a new input jack into it last week. Neck is straight as an arrow and true and action is low. This bass plays and feels amazing. Yamaha TRB's are super great basses, very underestimated. Great feel, build quality and electronics.
Im looking for 5 stringers only, fretted preferred. Brands I like are Warwick and Spector. I paid $600 for this bass this winter and I feel I got a great deal, its a super attractive bass. Let me know, I can throw cash towards a bass too if need be. If you want to purchase it, Im wanting $600 shipped. Comes with a rough looking but totally functional hsc.

No sir. Custom shop mod. Bass was originally fretted, luthier did a knockout amazing job. It looks factory in every way. Beautiful Maple line inlays.
