  1. As some of you are aware, I am raising funds to purchase a new sax. Along with the sweet ’78 P, I will need to also put up a couple of other basses to raise the dough I need.

This beauty is factory fresh. Weighs right at 9 pounds, and has the largest variety of powerful tones in any bass I have seen! I had this baby built and she came out perfect. The pictures do not do her justice.

Ruby Red Metallic, Matching headstock, Birdseye Maple fingerboard. The neck is a return to the old style “C” with a 1 5/8 nut. She is sporting a set of Roto 77 flats.

Damn! Thats a screaming' deal! So, late '30's Conn, late '40's King or late '50's Selmer? Has to be something along those lines for such a great bass to be on the block... I know a thing or two about saxes.

I have an excellent Yanigasawa 880tenor in original case. I'd do a straight trade for that guy. Are you after a tenor or an alto?

  16. PeterF,
    I sent you a PM.
