    Brand New!

I just assembled this bass about a month ago. The bass was meant to be a backup "beater" type thing. It plays super smooth and sounds aggressive - better feeling and sounding than anything I've played in a store recently. Truss works flawlessly. Absolutely nothing wrong with it, I'm just looking to move into 5 strings.

    Body: alder Squier affinity (china)

Neck: New Glossy Squier Vintage modified maple (Indonesia)

    Bridge: Fender Vintage threaded

    Tuning machines: Hipshot HB-7

PuPs: Fender Original 60's J bass (from AVRI '62 Jazz)

Electronics: CTS pots, Orange drop cap, switchcraft jack plus a new Fender control plate (original was drilled for minipots)

    Strings: Daddario XL 40-100

Weight: between 8.5 and 9 lbs according to my not too accurate bathroom scale

    Case: Protec Contego (awesome btw!)

[DEL]Asking $450[/DEL] $375 shipped CONUS only, Paypal is fine.

Please let me know if you have any questions!
