UPDATE:8-15-14 I'm opening this up to a few trades plus cash. The only trades I might be interested in would be 4 or 5 string basses + cash. Musicman Stingray 4 or 5, Newer Fender Jazz American Deluxe 4 or 5, Lakland 44-02 or 55-02, Lakland DJ 4 or 5, Lakland JO 4 or 5. There might be some other trade possibilities I would consider.

The bass has seen very limited use around my residence and a handful of rehearsals. It's in very good condition with only very minor wear of any sort. It was custom ordered and received by me around February 2013.

    Specs as follows:

5 string Ledbelli MJB (Modern Jazz Bass)
    35" scale
    19mm Spacing
    Nitrocellulose Crimson burst
Flamed Maple Neck w/Birdseye Maple Fretboard
Satin finish on back of neck-Very fast and not sticky at all. Reminds me of my old Laklands
Ash Body with book matched maple top and back
    Hipshot Ultra Lite Tuners
    Hipshot Bridge
    Black Aluminum Knobs
    Black Abalone dot inlays
    18v Mike Pope 4 band preamp w/VTC
    Nordstrand Big Split pickups
    Gator semi-hard shell case
    Weight:TBD

The neck pickup is closer toward the bridge than standard jazz spacing which provides for a very punchy tone. I love the way the neck pickup sounds. The bass is super versatile with the 4 band preamp and VTC.

I believe that covers all of the specs. Let me know if you have any questions. It's not only beautiful, but sounds and plays extremely well as you would imagine. The fretwork is great and low action is easily achievable.

I don't have a weight right now but will try and weigh it when able. I'm guessing around the 9-9.5lb mark based on past instruments.

    $1700 shipped OBO US 48

I've opened this up to a few trades now added to the original description. Not a lot of people are familiar with Ledbelli but I can assure the quality is top notch. I've played Lakland, Sadowsky, Warwick, Valenti, etc.

    Bump.

This was one of the most gorgeous instruments I ever built. Also, the first ever MJB of it's kind.

    $1900.00 shipped is a bargain!
