    For sale Mesa Walkabout Scout 12" combo. This is the 4ohm version with the silver and black face. It's in excellent condition and has never left my smoke-free house.

    Just remove the back panel (six screws) and the head slides right out.

    I'm in the market for one of these babies, hoping to use it as is for small venues and matched with a cabinet or two for larger ones. Is there any difference outside of cosmetics between this unit and the new ones? I'm guessing the 8" radiator is in good shape also? Any guess on the weight?

    I'm not aware of any differences with the new ones. I think I read in one of the mega threads that Mesa changes the eq points in one of the models, but I'm not certain. I would estimate the weight to be around 40-50 lbs.
