FS MM Stingray w/ Status Graphite neck

    ALERT! GAS is striking bad!
    Up for sale is my beautiful '98 Stingray with a factory original 2 bands and a brand new Status Graphite neck. The neck cost me exactly 331 British Pounds (about $540) including shipping to get here PLUS import taxes, I still have the invoice and I will include it. It's been professionally installed and it's perfect. It has a dual action truss rod, just to make you feel better but I doubt you'll never need to use it. Pickup is original as well as the tuners.
    The only blemish on the body is pictured, the rest is in excellent shape.
    You will not believe how clear every note sounds with this upgrade and the sustain is amazing too. It's like removing a curtain in front of your amp, the sounds is more alive, say good bye to dead spots and neck twisting due to climate change.
    This bass is basically the modern version of the early '80s Musicman Cutlass with the Modulus neck. Also Musicman chose Status when they retrofit their Namm Anniversary Stingray with a graphite neck, which means a lot.
    Price for this bad boy (or girl, you pick) is $1750 shipped ConUS. PayPal ok.
    Sorry for the not clear pictures, my camera really struggled with a shiny black this time, anything strange you see is a reflection, the neck is flawless.

    I have the 100th Anniversary model and I can vouch for Sleepwalker42 this thing is a beast. Bump for an awesome guy and bass.

    Did the bass get punchier soundwise?
    I'm trying to think of how to make a replica of the Modulus Flea Bass ;-)

    Awesome! But isn't the tone much more edgy with the new neck? The stingray bass is very edgy as original, and the graphite should add a bit more.

    I would accept a trade that would net me at least $800. Some trade ideas: 4 strings fretted... old Yamaha BBs, MIJ Fenders Jazz, OR…?
    Also, I would be interested in an Alembic FX1 preamp.
