Time to clear out some Stingrays which aren't seeing any action... This one is a great condition Stingray 4H in cool discontinued 'Black Magic Crystal' finish. Never gigged or even rehearsed.

Classic single humbucker configuration, with active 3-band EQ, rosewood fingerboard and white pearloid pickguard. Looks, plays and sounds great: the neck is nicely broken in, and the body looks like new except for one minor ding on the lower bout and a few scratches at the top of the headstock. The bass originally sported a SLO neck, which was replaced with a standard Stingray neck and set up with a medium-low action a few months ago by Matt Brewster at 30th Street Guitars NYC. Comes with strap locks and a Music Man hard case in great condition.

Initially looking for a local sale if possible - $925.00. Will possibly ship at buyer's expense. Thanks.

No, I had that fitted to my SR4 Piezo - sorry. It's the only 4 I plan on keeping, as I play 5s pretty much all the time now.

Put the serial number in on the date of birth forum on the ebmm webforum and find out for sure what the color is. I may be interested.

    Hey Stingray96191...

Serial number is E72405. DOB is 10/16/09, and the finish is apparently quite rare – 'Black Magic Crystal'.

    Thanks for your interest.
