Looks like a great bass, but for 2 grand I hope we're going to get some details and more pics, please.
Case? Covers? All original?
All original except I changed the pick-guard from the original white to this vintage tort. I still have the white one if buyer prefers it, however it's broke off at the tip.
No pup or bridge cover.
I bought this from Rocknrollvintage in Chicago & they had photos of the neck removed & the electronics.
I'll check with them & see if they still have them.
Here's some pics of the original case it comes with.
Width at the nut please?
width at nut? 1 5/8ths?
pup hot or average?
It's a Fender "A" neck.....1.5" at the nut
This is a great bass, but if you want some more interest you are going to HAVE to post more pictures, more information, and everything else applicable to a sale.. just saying!
New pix added.
These were the pix from the Rocknrollvintage website when I bought it last month.
got the weight on that bad boy?
Now considering trades for Sadowsky 5 string
doesn't match your pic...fyi
I was told when I bought this it was 1.5" neck width,
however it's actually 1&5/8ths
Mia from that era had a skunk stripe neck? Just wondering.
The one piece maple board ones have to have, its the only way they can make the arc in the truss rod channel: from the back.
Man, that's just like a mirror image of my lefty '75! Your '75 is a whole lot lighter though, mine is 11.5 lbs.. just goes to show how much variation there can be, even on basses made in the same year.
Your's looks like it's in awesome condition too.
