    BASS FOR SALE:

    Lakland 44-01 LTD ED Quilt Top
    -Maple Neck, Rosewood Fretboard
    -Ash body, quilt maple top
    -Reed James Neo Humbuckers in custom walnut shells
    -Glockenklang 3 band preamp with push-pull active/passive and passive tone when in passive mode
    -Hipshot D-tuner
    -Dunlop Straplock buttons
    -VERY light, about 9 pounds and not much more
    -Comes with a cheap Musician's Friend hard case mostly for shipping protection
    -Price: $725 shipped to the CONT 48

    WEAR/ISSUES
    -Pictures below show minor scratches on the back, very hard to photograph.
    -Pickup covers are worn
    -Other than that, NO issues. Even with a very dry winter, this was one of my few basses that didn't have fret sprout

    -This is an amazing bass for funk/slap. The only reason this is being sold is so that I can fund my custom being built by Drake Custom Bass

    It's a great combo. I actually ordered some Reed James pups for my upcoming custom. The Glock is VERY transparent, which was nice.

    I've played this bass and it is fantastic. Sounds great and is gorgeous to boot. I didn't like trans blue finishes til I saw this beauty.

    Been asked by a few people now: I will ship to Canada but it seems that the case/box combo is too long for USPS. I can and will pull the neck for shipping, but please be aware that it'll take me longer to ship as I'll have to find/fashion a new shipping box for it and you will not receive the case.

    I owned that bass and it is a great bass ! That is Tru oil on the pickups. one good wipe with the TRU-Oil and those pickups should be as new again. Good luck !
