    All are sold.

PayPal preferred. Cash is best for local (Nashville, TN area) pickup.

Note: the link below each photo takes you to a super-sized version, so check them out for details.

First up: a beautiful, unmodified, natural-finish T-40 body. The body is in very good shape, with a few dings here and there, mostly near the output jack and bottom.

The body includes the string ferrules, control shielding, bridge ground wire, and micro-tilt. There is a very small chip at the edge of the neck pocket (3rd and 4th photos), but it's not really noticeable once the neck's installed.

The body came from an 11 pound bass, so it's about average for a T-40.

Next up is a 1981 T-40 neck with a maple fingerboard. This neck is in great cosmetic condition. The frets have plenty of life left and the truss rod works. The neck also includes the truss rod cover and micro-tilt "slug."

    SOLD [DEL]$125.00 shipped CONUS[/DEL].

(The serial number has been partially blurred out in the photos below, however, it is complete on the actual neck.)

Last is a black plastic T-40 hard case. This case is one of the earlier three-latch models. The later versions of the plastic case added a fourth latch at the wide end.

The latches all work, although each one has some light surface rust on the face.

The brown fur is in good condition, with assorted worn spots around the edges. The accessory compartment door works properly. The rod that holds the lid in a raised position is missing, so the case lays flat out when opened.

Ha, thanks. Fortunately (for me!) it's not. I'm selling my natural finish T-40 so I can keep that one!

The funny part is, I found the sienna burst in a music store a while back and just bonded with it immediately. It's definitely been played and it looks a little rougher up close than the pictures let on. But, I was so focused on checking out the electronics and hardware, that I didn't realize it was actually a sienna burst until I got it home.

I really, really like the look of the natural T-40's, but this one plays so well, that I can't bring myself to trade it away...
