    In good shape. I really like this pickup, I am just sticking with an alnico pickup in this particular bass.

    Dual coil. I don't believe SD make a quad coil MM pickup.

    Spacing is for MM replacement (17 mm) although many of us have successfully used this with 18 mm spacing.
