In fabulous condition with upgraded pickups. This is a super high quality made in Korea model which plays and sounds just about as good as its USA made counterpart. Beautiful smooth fretwork with no fretwear. Perfect setup with very low action with not even a hint of buzzing. Brass nut and Spector locking bridge. Strung with fresh Ernie Ball Slinky strings. Pickups have been upgraded to EMG 35DC active pickups. The bass came with the EMG BT System preamp. Since active EMGs require different pot values, the old preamp was removed and replaced with a brand new EMG BT System, which features the solderless connections. During the pickup and preamp swap, the pickup and control cavities were lined with copper foil tape, all of which is properly grounded. This bass will remain hum-free even on the the worst stages with the noisy lighting and dimmers. Controls are volume, balance, bass and treble. Tons of output and SUSTAIN. Aside from a tiny pinhead sized depression on the body which is all but invisible, and a small ding on the side of the headstock which is hardly noticable, and a couple small dings on the side of the fretboard that you won't feel, the bass is nearly perfect. The back of the neck is smooth as glass. This bass will be meticulously packed and shipped inside a very serviceable Warwick Rockbag. Like all the basses I sell, this one is clean as a whistle, perfectly setup and ready to play right out of the box with no issues. $475 shipped in CONUS, payment via Paypal. PM your email if you want it and I will send a Paypal invoice. Check out my stellar TB feedback!

This is a good deal, and these are solid basses, it feel like a quality instrument in your hands and i'd like to add that the electronics cover is recessed into the bass, which is something i wish all spectors had. These basses are quality! Don't let the price fool you.

Thanks Zitch for posting the link. The body of the NS2004 is actually curved like its USA & Czech brethren, as shown in the photo. The nut is 1.5"--a little slimmer than many other Spectors. Very fast and comfortable!

The details on that asian imports page are not 100% accurate. Clearly, the NS2000 basses have curved bodies. That, and I have two NS2000/5 basses. One is 34" scale, one is 35"

Yeah, mine has the curved body as well. I'll message JPS and see if he can update the page.
