Up for sale is The Orange Jazz bass. Bass started life as a Squier. Was custom painted by our own Streetscenes in House of Kolor tangerine Orange with an orange candy coat??? Anyway once I had a chance to check it out I had to have it. It has a great small jazz neck, which is cool but I'm more of a big jazz/small P bass neck kind of guy.

This was my hotel/blues jam bass. and has been setup and tweeked for a medium - medium low setup. I put a lot of time into this one and it really shows when you play it.

Bass has stock hardware. Electronics are fully shielded, each component has a dedicated ground and it is super, i mean super quiet. Fender Pickups from a Geddy Lee Jazz, CTS pots wired V/V/T with a Mallory cap and switchcraft jack. Has had a fretjob and plays and sounds exactly like a great Jazz bass should.

Logo is from TB'er Lavmonga. I did a pretty good job putting it on but it's not perfect. Some of the letters faded a but as seen below. Looks supercool though and looks perfect until you're right up on it. It could be touched up and clear coated but it's not going anywhere and gets the job done as is.

Fretboard has some nice figure to the rosewood. Neck is super smooth but has some sand marks on it, I could have had it touched up but it feels really, really good as is. Overall bass is in great shape and is everything a great jazz bass should be. Balances great and is comfortable on gigs. Weighs in a touch over 9 lbs.

Here is the thread I got it from.

Asking for $300 shipped CONUS, paypal is great. I can ship outside of the US as long as the buyer pays the shipping difference.

If you prefer a Tort Pickguard I have one I can swap for the black. Your choice.

Your welcome. This has to be the best deal on tb. If it were a pj it would be heading southeast.

oh and thanks for being willing to ship to Canada. We miss out on so many basses because of that reluctance.
