Up for sale is my stunning Warrior DM Signature 5 Neckthrough in near mint condition.

This bass was made for the 06 NAMM show.

Neck is straight. Action is buttery and low. Tone is awesome. Electronics are sweet. Condition is like new. Complete Eye Candy.

    Bass specifications:
    Top - Quilt Bubinga
    Body - Aged mahogany
    Finish - Anointed Oil
    Pickups - 2 Bartolini Jazz
Electronics - 18Volt Custom Preamp with switchable Midkit (250K/500K/800K)
    Fretboard - Purpleheart
Inlay - Pearl Sword on 12th
    Frets - Gold Stainless Steel
Neck - Walnut w/ Purpleheart Tonebar
Tuners - Black Warrior Keys w/ Tortoise Buttons
    34" Scale
18mm Spacing at the Bridge (Adjustable Roller System)
    8.8 lbs on bathroom scale

Case - Original Warrior Crocodile Skin Styled Hard Case

Price $2,600 OBO Delivered Continental US. This is a cash motivated sale so trades are not preferred (but I am a bass slut so temp me if you must). Trade value $2,800 - $3,000.

I took a bunch of pics below. Most of the ones with flash the colors look overblown and most of the ones without don't show the color enough. Somewhere between the two is what it looks like in person. But, at least they show the figuring. Sorry I suck so bad with the camera.

Beauty! Ignorant question. What are the 2 holes on the bottom for? I see these on Warriors but never understood the significance.

The trade off is that you gain the sustain from the full body contact/connection but you lose the effect of tapering off of the bridge if you like to use tapered E & B strings. You also need to use extra long scale for many brands which have felt winding at the tops otherwise you end up with the felt on the nut and into the first fret (in which case you are then removing felt). So, it is a nice feature with placement at the very end of the neck which truly maximizes the sustain but the placement seems to require more length than standard through body string hole placement. At least that has been my experience so far.

Added a bunch of pics I took today so you have some more other than the ones I used from the last listing which look like they came from the Warrior website.

Just a heads up that I am going to take this down tonight. Had a gig last night and still don't have the right bass. So I am going to give this Warrior a shot and see if it is "it."

As far as the trades, alot of interesting offers but nothing that was clearly "it."

Just wanted to give a heads up so that if anyone is on the fence or otherwise waiting you are not bummed to see it suddenly pulled before you can do something about it.

Now, what is next to try to raise some cash with?
