This is a relist as a trade only. Up for trade is my 2013 Gibson EB 5 String. It's Vintage Gloss Natural. The pickups are coil tapped humbuckers. The bass comes with the original Gibson Hard Shell Case. The bass has the new Babicz Full Contact Bridge factory installed. This bass is like new. Never gigged, used in practice three or four times. The natural finish has a lot of nice grain. The bass has a fresh set of DR Legend Flats installed. The body is Ash and weighs in around 8.4 lbs. The case still has the new "vanilla" smell on the inside. Included is a set of strap locks plus the original strap pegs and case candy. I'm more of a 4 string guy. The bass has the typical Gibson thump, but the coil taps really offer a variety of tone variation. The pickups are nothing like the old Gibby Mudbuckers. These have a good growl and punch. The coil split is engaged by pulling up on the volume controls. The controls are similar to a Jazz bass. Two volume controls and a tone control. These new run around $1,150 for the 5 string version.

My trade interest are limited to 4 strings:

    American Standard Jazz Bass
    CIJ Reissue Jazz Bass
    Road Worn Jazz Bass
Gibson SG Standard Short Scale Bass

Run any other 4 string close in value by me.

I would really like it if it were a four string. I'm just not a five string guy. Those pickups make it a beast.
