I'm looking for a possible trade for a circa early 70s Fender Jazz bass in similar condition to my 1979 Fender P Bass in Olympic white, with OHSC. It's all original except for the pickguard, which is dated 79 but not identical to the serial number.

Have a few basses that might serve to equalize the values, including a German Warwick Corvette in excellent shape (2003) and G&L SB2. Other possibilities or cash.

I'm just really craving a Fender Jazz of that era and thought I'd put out a trade feeler.

The Pbass is in very good condition, with minor playwear on the bottom and here and there but nothing that affects play. The front is almost without marks. Neck and headstock all excellent and unmolested. Just checked out and professionally set up, with D'Addario strings. Straight neck, frets in fine shape, electronics work great. Case in great condition. MOre photos, neck, pots available etc.

Not really interested in other trades. Let me know what you've got.

Sorry but I can't seem to get an accurate weight on this. WIll keep trying.
NOt posting a price because it's for trade only at the moment. If no trade happens, I may put it up for sale.
