univox 1061 bass amp. 7 tubes, 105 W, 2 channels, 4 inputs, vol, bass, middle, treble on each channel, presence, variable impedence (2, 4, or 8 ohms). for those of you who don't know about this amp, it's based on the marshall super lead/super bass. in pretty good shape, does have a bit of surface corrosion on the chassis but it's complete with very little wear on the groovy two-tone tolex.

sticker on the chassis indicates that it was serviced in 2010. however, i have not had a chance to take it to a tech so i can't make any guarantees other than the fact that it hasn't given me any trouble in the time i've owned it. has sovek (6L6's) power tubes in it. still has the dinky 2 prong power cord.

selling due to bills vs. cash issues. only had this about a month, but it hasn't left my house in that time. here's a thread i posted upon receiving. http://www.talkbass.com/forum/f15/new-vintage-tube-head-univox-u-1061-a-921817/

asking $350 obo (does NOT include shipping). i'd MUCH, MUCH prefer a local/semi-local (42718) sale. tons of photos here: http://s50.photobucket.com/albums/f303/patrickshofner/univox/

    GLWTS!

  7. Really cool tube amp for bass. They remind me a bit of a bassman 100. I wish my truck had not broken this week. This is a good deal.

Alright, need to move this. I'll take $300 cash through Sunday, at which point I'll list it on that evil auction site.

That thing is way too much style for me to pass it up. On top of that, I love Marshalls. Hopefully it'll be here, loaded with 6550's, and have a new three prong power cable on it by next week.
