I would buy it as a backup but these amps are so rock solid I don't need a backup amp, bump.

Interested, but how did that rack ear get bent forward? Also, how old is the amp?

Played the 1001RBII the other day and loved how it sounded. Finger style was so quick and precise. Compared to the Ampeg PF500 and a Markbass 800, it was like a blanket was pulled off the speaker when the 1001 was plugged in. Don't think I need that much power though. The 700RB II seems perfect.
