5th show with the MB500 and NEO212. After every performance I get compliments on the sound and tone the amp/cab combo is producing.
Thanks to all here who helped with reviews, feedback, & suggestions when I was looking to buy.

I like my Neo 2x12 but boy the top end gets scratchy after a while when placing amps or racks on top of it. A small wish was to work on the surface for better tear long term with NEO IIIs or something like that. Meanwhile, what are you others doing to protect the top part at setup time?

MBFusion; 2xNeo212=way more rig than you'll ever need.

I mostly put a teeeeeeny lil ole MBFusion on top. No issues.

I guess you could lay a towel down, or, a rubber automotive floor matt cut to fit.

Yes, same with my MBFusion, but I usually hook it via my cable to the cab as the MBFusion is *so light*. Anyway, the racks (SKB) are causing problems. I will try the rubber automotive floor mat cut to spec, thx.

I like the MBFusion 800 further improvements from the MB500 Fusion one. However wattage-wise the 500 fusion is *loud* (with ample cabs of course.)

Both are awesome period. You can spend more cash elsewhere but built in the USA GK gear is FANTASTIC. :bassist:

I had a pair of the Neo210 cabs, and have a pair of the Neo112-II cabs. IMHO, there's a generational diff there. The voicing seemed very different to me, and I don't think it was just because of 10's vs 12's. I think the line was actually re-voiced.

Yes, GK all through! Me thinks the charm with GK is the amp sound and then the cabs is the sugar.

Interesting that you put your Neo115-III on top of the Neo212-II. I did the opposite because the 115 is a little deeper, and I just figured the 115 might work a little better down low. Yes, I know the 212 has the caster cups and the 115 doesn't, but I fixed that. :)

Ahhh, the plot thickens... is his also a II and I just missed that part? They never made a series II 210, just as a data point.

Yes, your 12's are II's. I believe your 212's are too.
