    Price drop!

This Genz Benz GBE 600 is a monster of an amp. If this is only 600 watts it is conservatively rated. Loads of power, rivaling my Carbine M9 but with a much more tubey sound when/if you engage the tube channel. Amazing flexibility. Google this head and be astounded by what you can do. Wanna blend the tube and FET channels? Yup. At 2 Ohms? No prob. Awesome.

This one is in excellent condition and in the last year gone through by well known and reputable local repair shop King Amplifier. They cleaned all the pots and tightened everything up and she is working perfectly and ready to roll. I got this in a trade and she came direct from the shop and has seen no gigs or even a rehearsal since then. Footswitch is also in excellent near new condition and works perfectly.

I will put up some photos as soon as I can (murderous schedule at the moment)

Asking $375, delivered, CONUS. $315 local SF South Bay

Played it tonight through the Berg CN212 and the tube grind is really nice and just as loud but cleaner (on the FET channel) than my TH500. But this one can drive two 4 Ohm cabs. Someone take it before I change my mind. Oh wait: I am too old to carry it. Dang it!

Best sounding head I've ever had the pleasure of playing through.

Seems to have some magic for sure.

With an amp I can carry in my gig bag, I have been playing around with a bunch of different pedals trying to get a tone I can engage when I want to get the hairy tube sound. When I played the GBE the other day and hit the tube channel I about wet myself because it is the sound I've been looking for. Clean channel is heaven, too. Sigh. Kinda like my HD112 (painfully now sold), I almost hope nobody needs it but it is here if they do, and this one is super clean fresh out of the shop.

    Thanks for the bump.
