Hi all. I looked for an answer about this on TB but could not find it :-(

So, here goes. I have a GK MB200 head and I am about to buy an Ashdown MAG 210T cab and a Ashdown MAG 115 cab.

GK MB200 has one output 200W at 4 ohm, and both Ashdown cabs (they are both 8 ohm) have a speakon input and a jack input.

How do I connect the rig together please?

    Cheers

Run one SPEAKER cable from head to 1st cab (either speakon or 1/4" ends) and then one cable from that cab to 2nd cab (opposite connector of previous cable) ...

if you have a speakon to speakon SPEAKER cable and a 1/4 to 1/4 SPEAKER cable, you can do this that way ... depending on which MB200 you have, would determine which cable you start with from the head ... but both versions of MB200 will accept Speakon, both will not accept 1/4"

you will also have more looks at this thread in 'Amps' forum ;)
