Does anyone here know how to play these types of bass?

And also from this one clip @29 sec

I would love to have one or two takes, play into one of my R&B track. I've been trying to acheive similar result with virtual instruments such as Trilogy but I'm having a hard time editing the midi clip. I thought I should just pay a bass player to give me a few takes. Let me know what your price is.

Yeah, a Moog Minitaur or other synth would do it.

OR, if you actually want to use a bass, an expression pedal with some kind of filter pedal. Probably something SourceAudio makes, maybe even the hot hand.

Not a specific answer to your question, but it sounds like a modulation wheel on a synth. You may be able to find samples for that if you search for it that way. HTH!
