Since you are posting on a Bass site, I'd list www.studybass.com.
    I enjoy http://www.scottsbasslessons.com/
And then http://www.billygreen.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/Music Theory - Basic, Intermediate, Advanced.pdf for pure theory.
Great "cheat sheet" for the notes and the chords made from each scale. http://www.guitar-chords.org.uk/chords-key-c.html
I also found this site to have value. http://www.music.vt.edu/musicdictionary/

After that I'd have to go to some books and Bass Guitar for Dummies, and Building Walking Bass Lines were two of my favorites.

    Good luck.

www.scottsbasslessons.com is pretty awesome. I have enjoyed learning from this site. He covers pretty much everything and its FREE! He does accept donations too. Good for any skill level.
