This is why... "When you're thread gets moved don't repost it in the same section again" I didn't even know they moved my first one. Whats your take on this? The first Reason is understandable if you recall the 10 string rant. I had that was practical the same reason.

If you didn't know your thread was moved, why would you repost the same thing again. :eyebrow:

Methinks there might be more to the story, but alas, me also don't care. No offense OP.

If you've been banned once, then they're less likely to go easy on you than a noob making an honest mistake.

And if you didn't know they'd moved your first one, why repost? Does not compute.

Sounds like one of those guys that blows up the first page with the same question as soon as the old one drops to page two...

Its just the internet. Its not that big of a deal (imo)

Did they really use a contraction in place of a possessive?

I wouldn't want to be a member of a forum where the mods contracted incorrectly.

They contracted the OP off their board, I suppose there's balance in the universe.

Hey hey hey! Lets use forum B as a soapbox to complain about forum A.

Seven String forum? Sounds like a bunch of angry 'djenty' teenage males with a volley of Ibanez guitars between them and a cache greasy JRR Martin books hidden under their beds. Harmony Central, relocated to the nouveau riche McMansion area of your city and with more "understanding" parents yelling from the foot of the stairs...

"Which is the best Peavey 6505-type amp for br00tal Meshuggah tones?"

    Am I getting anywhere?

Yup. I used to be a member of bicycling forum, and there was one member who was always complaining about getting banned from an amateur radio forum and a model train forum. I'm not kidding. A model train forum. How can you get worked up enough abut model trains to get banned?

I observe a UK vintage aircraft discussion forum, though I haven't registered.

These guys are beyond anally retentive.

    Some guy shows a tiny scrap of rusted metal he dug out the ground on an airfield;

"Clearly the ejector seat release handle fastening clip from a Gloster Meteor NF.12"

"Oh look. There you go spreading misinformation again".

"Clearly OP's artifact is the antenna mounting bracket fastener from a Handley Page Halifax B.II Series IA. My brother was in the Falklands War, so I am automatically right".

"There are Spirfires buried in Burma!!!!".

Amazing what middle-aged dudes will find to argue over.
