    Guitarist/Vocals, Bassist, Drummer/Vocals.

Venue is mostly 35-55 age group. Bar owner says "keep 'em dancing".

    What songs would you suggest?

    Thanks

ZZ Top is a good choice for a three piece band. We do Tush, LaGrange and Pearl Necklace. People usually dance to all three of those. Some Kind of Wonderful by Grand Funk and Mustang Sally are also danceable songs that you could pull off easily.

It doesn't really matter which songs you play so much as how you play them.

I agree with the above post. Anything ZZ Top (their good stuff), Beatles etc...

    LaGrange
    Tush
    Just got paid
    Cheap Sunglasses
    Day Tripper
    Twist and Shout
    Can't get enough
    Foxy Lady
    Taxman
    Sunshine of your love
    Cocaine
    Cold Shot
    Voodoo Chile
    Change It
    Shapes of things
Stuck in the middle with you
    Communication Breakdown
    To build a fire
    The Innocent
    Fly me Courageous
    White Room
    Badge

    Don't forget slow dance numbers:
    Wonderful tonight
    Little Wing

Sorry, got a little carried away  But this was fun!

    Good luck!

Lots of people like The Killers nowadays, and they're a four piece band so you could pull off lots of their songs. I'm sure that'll get people dancing.

Anything Jimi Hendrix Experience, Led Zeppelin, Wolfmother, Red Hot Chili Peppers should be good.

    Good Luck
