I just had a great customer service experience from EWS. I bought a BMC in May. Sometimes it would buzz awfully when connected to a power supply. In this case the power supply was a BBE Supa Charger. I recently emailed EWS about this. After a couple of emails from Toshio Horiba, they are going to send me a replacement free of charge. All they ask is that I send back the old unit once I get the new one. I didn't even have to ask for a replacement or repair. I just explained the problem. He asked me to send him a photo of the guts and then he offered to replace it. That is excellent customer service. Way to go EWS.
