So did either of your guys get your amps and were they in perfect working order? I just wanted to see. I have been checking out stuff on Amazon and E-bay since this post. ;):)

I posted this a couple of weeks ago to a member who was looking at a Markbass 115 combo but said it was too expensive. Got no response after commenting twice. Couldn't figure out why somebody would spend 1000 or more on the MB when this was out there for 345 + shipping.
I like the contours of the enclosure, the power and the features. Can't be beat at this price!!

    Has anyone A/B'ed the 1x15 vs 2x10?

    Thoughts?

I was thinking the same thing. If I didn't have 4 amps already I would jump on one of these, but which one? Guess you just have to pick based on experience with speaker cabs. 150w into a pair of 10's or all 300w into the 15"? My guess is you could probably get a little more clarity on a loud stage with the 210 but the 115 just sits well with the drums. Either one would be perfect for rehearsals and small-medium size gigs. Heck with an extension you get the full 500 watts so that's a big rig there.

I had one on loan from Genz a couple of years ago. It is a great combo.. I would use it on top of my UBER 115 on some club gigs.. It slammed! and the DI is the same super high quality DI we are used to from GB

I spoke with the op and he informed me he had already paid full price for it. I would have returned it and got it for the reduced price. Got mine under $290.00 shipped. Used music 123 price match plus 20% of the difference. Thought I might sell it, but I love it. Works well with the diy 115 I already have. The contour allows you to get very good clear low end. At full power it packs a wallop too.

Thanks to this thread I ended up ordering of a 2X10" version of the Contour 500 combo. It's a good sounding little amp. :)
