    Hey guys

To the Lakland owners - I'm chasing a hard case or road case that's suitable for a Lakland 55-01. I'm looking at buying a 55-01 second hand but apparently the seller didn't get one of the Lakland hard cases as part of the sale.

In any event, I know the body shape is different to a standard P or Jazz - what are you guys using?

I need something that's flight durable - something that can handle getting thrown around by baggage handlers and being stuck under stacks of other guitars and rack gear.

I have experience with the Warwick Rockcases; I've got a 7 year old one that's still in fantastic shape. Heavy though, but durable (http://www.9mileguitar.com/product.sc?productId=1190)

I also have and really like the ABS moulded Fender line with the TSA locks (http://www.fender.com/en-AU/accessories/cases/precisionjazz-bass-molded-case-left-handed-black/), have flown all over with these things and they're still awesome. I appreciate that these are moulded for P and Jazz basses though, so while I'd really like one of these I don't know if they'll suit the Lakland body design or fit the neck - if anyone is using these specifically, I'd really like to hear from you.

    Cheers!
