Guys, are all head-amps compatible with all basses?
If the answer is yes, so why guitar amps didn't work with basses?
If the answer is no, what head-amps work (I mean what should I look in the specification before i buy) and does fiio e6 works?

If you mean headphone amps, no. Look for bass specific ones. An example is the Bass Vox Amplug.

Guitar speakers don't work for bass. Guitar amps do work for bass if you use bass speakers.

Look for one designed for bass or at least the guitar. This fiio amp is for guitar.

Make sure the amp is made for bass. Like these: http://www.guitarcenter.com/Headphone-Bass-Amplifiers-Bass-Amplifiers.gc

Guitar and bass have a lot in common. You can always plug a bass into a guitar headphone amplifier, it just may not sound good as it would in a headphone bass amp.

You may need a box to do that. A cheap example is the M Audio Fast Track.
