We just got a gig for next Saturday - a few days before Christmas at a nice restaurant we played last month. Since it is so close to Christmas, I suggested that we add 2-3 Christmas songs per set.

I played a Christmas gig a couple of years ago, but cannot remember what we played, except for "Feliz Navidad".

Please hlep me by suggesting some others that we can learn in one rehearsal next week that can rock at least a little - THANKS!!

    Not Chestnuts…

Try Hark the Herald Angels Sing, Good King Wenceslas, and Silent Night

Thanks for the suggestions, but I was thinking more of some thing like Rockin Around the Christmas Tree, etc.

This and Jingle Bell Rock were the first to some to mind. The Boss' version of Santa Clause is Coming To town is a good one too.

G'ma Got Run Over By A Reindeer is very easy both musically and vocally. A very quick learn.
