    Or everyone could send their money to me to help with my campaign to feed starving puppies. Feeding starving puppies is good for you to do. Or if you don't they will die and you will just have to live with it.

    I've been in your shoes, but it never occurred to me to start a fundraising campaign to help me buy a bass. Actually, I just recently purchased the first double bass I've owned myself, 15 years after graduating from a respected music college.

    But I do hope you are able to obtain your own bass sooner than that.
