Look at the song lists from Guitar Hero and Rock Band games and learn those, paying attention to the recording year to disregard anything with a '2' at the front...

Here's a list but I'll ignore everything after 1985. Is my hunch right? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_songs_in_Guitar_Hero

    -"Ace of Spades" - Motorhead
    - "Bark at the Moon" - Ozzy
    - "Crossroads" - Cream
    - "Frankenstein" - Edgar Winter
    - "Godzilla" - Blue Oyster Cult
    - "I Love Rock N' Roll" - Joan Jett (should take 10 seconds)
    - "I Wanna Be Sedated" - Ramones
    - "Iron Man" - Black Sabbath
    - "Killer Queen" - Queen
    - "More Than a Feeling" - Boston
    - "Sharp Dressed Man" - ZZ Top
    - "Smoke On the Water" - Deep Purple
    - "Spanish Castle Magic" - Hendrix
    - "Texas Flood" - Stevie Ray Vaughan
    - "You've Got Another Thing Comin'" - Judas Priest
    - "Ziggy Stardust" - Bowie

    Day of the Eagle
    +1 on the 70's Aerosmith
    Just about any Bad Co.

All considering the rest of the band plays them right.

I've played a carp-load of Petty (especially back when it was new) and while Alice's greatest hits album is probably my fav album of all time I've never played any of his songs :( .

That is a phenomenal album. That was back when the band was called Alice Cooper not just Vincent. Ha.

What I have on my laptop in 320K is "Mascara and Monsters", it is the older greatest hits album with the newer stuff added like "Clones" and "Poison" - I'm listening to it right now - "Department of Youth" FTW :D .

I would slash my wrists faster than you can say "it's a long way to the top" if I had to do that. You get more job security as a suicide bomber than you do as a hired member of a rock band.... and both jobs are likely to end in similar ways.
