    Apologies if this has been posted before. I don't get in the basses forum too much these days as I am GAS free in that regard.

    I thought this was worth sharing. Jazz bass FTW, as far as my own tastes go. YMMV etc etc.

    very nice. the deep 5 was not as deep as i thought and the fretless adomovic sounded great. jazz sounded the best to me though.

    Great video. I liked different basses for different settings. More confirmation to me that it's good to have one of [DEL]each [/DEL]everything!

    It says that the fretless is: Matize Fretless (luthier Paulo Lima) - Pickups EMG-HZ. EDIT: OOPS - Adamovic is in other video....never mind. :oops:

    Very nice demonstration of the 'classic' tones of those instruments and the various pickup settings, etc. Great clip IMO!

    The fretless is actually a Lestac. Matize is the model/series. Paulo Lima is the builder, and he's located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Google him, if you get a chance. He makes some beautiful stuff!
