Unless that pickguard is $750, +1.

Definitely a cool bass, but at least $600 too expensive...

I don't like it and it's over priced.

What he said. Not my type and FAR too much.

For that $$, you can get a Fender American Design Experience bass just the way you like it. Or a GREAT used bass.

    Sure, it's a P bass.

But it isn't Fender. Therefore won't hold as much of its price for being 'vintage'. But hey-ho

Yeah. Just another music store ebayer looking for a big score. Plenty of hype in the listing, including a new one on me...."teen dinks". lol

    Hot or Not???....Definitely...NOT!!!!

  16. It is difficult to get use to. It is a 4 string neck spacing with 5 strings. Having said that, I like my L5000's. I have a 90 and 91. I like the feel of the neck (like holding onto a baseball bat) , the workmanship, the classic design and you can not beat an American made G&L bass, IMO. Price a new G$L American made bass and the price does not seem that bad plus there are not many around. image.jpg

You don't see many of those around. I can see paying about $1,100 for it, but only if I could adapt to the string spacing.

I didn't know there was a 5 string P bass this whole time...

  18. Or a G&L USA just the way you like it.

    My thoughts exactly.

  20. The string spacing is a problem. I started on guitar and moved over to the dark side so it works for me. I have a problem playing/switching back to a four string bass now.
