How about T-Rex Moller on bass

    Hi all, I want to use a "polite" overdrive pedal. I heared very good words from bassists about the pork loin, so it is in wishlist.
    I recently found a secondhand t rex moller and I was thinking if it would work fine on bass as a polite overdrive...

    Polite OD....... VMT maybe? That IMO was the most polite OD Ive tried. Not sure what you mean by "polite" though.

    I used to have the T-Rex Møller on my board for a long time. I absolutely love the OD break-up it gives. It sounds great on both guitar and bass. However, it loses a bit of low end with the mix maximized, so on bass I usually dialed in some clean tone for the best result. The only contender to remove the Møller from my board was the [sfx] Micro Red Dragon mk II which I'm using now.
