How does this tone?

    Actually, you don't want a tweeter for that tone. That's probably why you're not getting a similar sound. You need to cut all your frequencies past 4 or 5 khz to get a sound like that.

    For now, get rid of everything except one distortion box and your EQ and try to get a good sound with that. Cut treble frequencies as needed, and then go from there and see what you come up with turning the dials.

    "I am using a dualband compressor that allows more limiting on the high band than on the low band. I am also using a Ampeg svp bsp preamp with mids on full.High and Low set at 12o'clock."
