This video shows why I could never play Jazz. It's just waaaaaay over my head.
Too deep for me.

It's a very humbling video. I've been playing bass for 40 years (mostly classic rock covers), but that jazz stuff is on a whole 'nother level.
That part where the trumpet player said "tune???....this is jazz!" just blew me away.
Maybe if I changed my name to "Clam" I might stand a better chance of comprehending this stuff.
Well I, uh what? :scowl:
Wow, you gotta have mad skills to play that bad but make it listenable and funny at the same time.
The Dizzy Gillespie spoofer was scary . . .
Backing that up would have to be a paid gig . . .
A superb overview (....great!)
Very "spinal tap". This was funny. Right? LOLOL.
"...but you can't play sideways..."
If you liked those you'll probably love this one!
Dude that is HYSTERICAL.
Now that's funny!!!!!!
Yeah, that's a classic
I love how Mark King really got the maximum mileage out of his 'testimony'
"It doesn't have the little dots!"
Greetings from the North,
Thanks! This just made the rest of my day pain free!
Great stuff. You can't play sideways without the dots!
Separate names with a comma.
