Well,I learned 49 Iron Maiden songs (yes,49) and I'm having a hard time remembering them (I played them perfectly when I was learning them and now they're kinda fading in my memory). What can I do to remember them, since I dont want to feel like I wasted a month playing these songs and then forgetting them

Why not put the sheet music into a gig book as you learn each new song. Here is an example of our Country fake chord gig book. Does not take long to get a really good gig book going. Gig coming up pull out the songs that you will use and refresh your memory or I will not tell if you take the sheet music with you.

Write them down on a music sheet ?

    Record yourself ?

passing just one day and even less on one song isn't enough to have it in your long term memory just saying ... Practice them enough to commit to long term memory instead of "learning" more than one each day of the month ...

If you have a video camera record yourself playing. That way you can hear yourself playing and see what your fingers are doing.
You will also see and hear your mistakes and correct them.

Did you learn anything about playing bass by learning the songs? If you don't know what you're playing (note names and a bit of theory), it will be hard to remember things you learn by ear.
