I have a SWR WorkingPro 700 head and I guess it fell out when I was moving it yesterday, and I don't have a good chance of finding it. What do I do to replace it? Where would I find a new fuse and fuse cap?

Try Radio Shack. you will have to buy the complete fuse holder to get the part you need

The actual value of the fuse should be marked on the back panel close to the fuse holder.

Believe it or not, you can buy a replacement here on eBay. Nice if you want an original part.
