I need someone to make me a custom head sleeve for my Orange Terror Bass 1000. Basically I just want the standard Orange shell that Orange makes for all of their heads. I can provide pics and possibly schematics for what I'm wanting, and will pay whatever materials and labor cost. Anyone have any suggestions?

JMac has built a few and has done a good job with it. I think he had mentioned interested in building more for those who wanted them. If he's willing to build you one that would be a good route, as he's already built several and has the process figured out.

I had my carpenter/woodworker brother in law build mine for me, then had it tolexed by a local amp/cab builder at a local guitar shop. Here's a few pics:

Thanks Fellas! Yea, I've been meaning to get more going on it of recent, but got put behind waiting on all the parts/hardware I ordered to build more. So far I've gotten a couple made to sell (one already sold), but didn't want to break loose going full speed trying to sell out of an empty wagon, whatnot.

Yea Man! The deal We struck up a while back still stands, when You get the amp. I have the black tolex now, so I should have a couple of black ones ready in a few weeks.

I would have thought that as Orange endorses the OP it would be a simple matter for him to ask Orange for one.

Edit: Jmac those cases you made look just like the originals. Really nice work!! :)

I am definitely interested in a black one!!

I've looked into the live-in ATA cases but I haven't seen one that leaves an opening for access to the DI, FX loop + ventilation for the fan...

The problem with this design is that there is a vent on the other side of the amp to let the air that the fan pumps in out.

Here's what we did, you can kinda see the vent on the other side, it's exactly the same as the one on the side facing you in the pic. Obviously this was taken before I put the head in.
